In my branding class I was tasked to design an entire airline, from the logo and name to the plane design and merchandise. I came up with an airline called Orbit Air, which was inspired by a retro space travel vibe. Orbit Air's purpose was to transport passengers to limitless destinations comfortably, similar to space travel.
For the logo, I chose a star like shape to represent the space travel aspect, and a ring to represent the "orbit" in Orbit Air. The colors were inspired by the sky during a sunset.
I created a boarding pass for both mobile and printed.
I designed a series of three posters to promote Orbit Air, advertising the numerous destinations passengers could travel to. I wanted to create them to resemble retro travel posters.
And finally, I designed some merchandise/extras to go along with Orbit Air.
